Key Responsibilities

Patient Counseling: Engage in one-on-one conversations with patients to address their fertility concerns, answer questions, and provide emotional and clinical support throughout their treatment journey.

Care Coordination: Manage patient care services, including scheduling appointments, optimizing patient flow, and serving as a liaison between patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the care team to design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique medical and emotional needs.

Patient Education: Educate and empower patients by explaining treatment options, procedures, and protocols in a clear, compassionate manner, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records of patient interactions and care services, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
Qualifications

Education & Licensure: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an active Registered Nurse (RN) license with no restrictions.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of RN experience, ideally in women’s health, reproductive medicine, or a related field.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.

Strong clinical knowledge of women’s health and fertility treatments, including protocols and best practices.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel to headquarters or satellite offices as needed to support our growing network.
